My 2 cents here: too many shortcuts will ultimately bloat the UI and also risk to be triggered involuntarily.

Maybe the best would be to leave it to the user to enable whichever shortcuts are interesting for the personal needs and customize which key combinations are associated.

All this could be saved in an external preference file - where the ID of the command is associated with the corresponding shortcut.
